2nd Annual Pink the Town Peony Party
On Sunday, June 28th, I held the 2nd annual Pink the Town Peony party at Le Dolci Cupcakes & Cakes in Toronto. If you missed last year’s Peony Party you can click back HERE to see. This year’s Peony Party included a peony icing workshop led by Le Dolci Cupcakes and Cakes. Then, guests learned how to professionally arrange peony flowers in a workshop led by Flower Maiden. All guests left the event with their icing creations and a pretty pink polkadot vase full of peonies, along with a beautiful mix of other flowers. All guests received beautiful earrings from Cherrypick, peony beauty products from L’Occitane and one lucky guest won a $100 gift card to M for Mendocino! Check out more details and images HERE.
Pink Garden Party Fundraiser
On Saturday, May 30th we hosted a Pink Garden Party Fundraiser at The Pink House in Toronto in partnership with Jeanne Lottie and in support of Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Guests enjoyed delicious cupcakes and macarons from Le Dolci Cupcakes and Cakes, pink lemonade from Fentimans, makeup applications from Murale, jewelry sales by Foxy Originals , dress sales byNina Duong Haute Coutureand a fashion show by M for Mendocino . A special thanks to Flower Maiden for supplying the floral arrangements! Glitter Doughnut Party
On Saturday, March 7th, Pink the Town hosted a Glitter Doughnut Party at Le Dolci Cupcakes & Cakes in Toronto. Guests learned had to bake doughnuts from scratch and decorated their baked goods with edible glitter and sparkles. New online jewelry boutique, Cherrypick, gifted guests with beautiful pink earrings and everyone enjoyed beverages fro bottlegreen. It was a fabulous day filled of sparkle, great company and delicious goodies!
Cookies, Crafts & Cocktails
On Thursday, December 11th, we hosted a Cookies, Crafts & Cocktails event at Le Dolci Cupcakes & Cakes in Toronto. We started the evening with a sparkly cookie decorating workshop led by Le Dolci. To get everyone in the holiday spirit, Pink the Town led a festive DIY Floral Workshop, while guests enjoyed delicious beverages provided by Fresita.
Pretty in Pink Breast Cancer Fundraiser
On Saturday, October 18th, we hosted the first annual ‘Pretty in Pink’ breast cancer fundraiser at The Pink House in Toronto in partnership with Jeanne Lottie and Forest Hill Reality Yorkville. Delicious treats were provided by our friends at Le Dolci Cupcakes and Cakes, including cupcakes, merengues and Parisian macarons. Our yummy ‘Pretty in Pink’ cocktails were a mix of Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka and Bottlegreen Pomegranate & Elderflower. Murale treated guests to pink makeup applications and LUX Spa gave guests pink mini-manicures!
PINK THE TOWN’S CALLIGRAPHY WORKSHOP
On Wednesday, August 30th, Pink the Town hosted a Calligraphy workshop at The Paper Place, taught by Post Calligraphy. Guests received personalized name cards and their favourite quotes, Ban.do totes from Hudson’s Bay, Rifle Paper Co. notebooks, and enjoyed Fentiman’s lemonade and delicious macarons from Le Dolci Cupcakes and Cakes. PINK THE TOWN’S PEONY PARTY
On Monday, June 23rd (National Pink Day), we hosted a Peony Party at Bicyclette Boutique in Toronto. Sweet Woodruff walked guests through an amazing floral workshop, and guests also enjoyed White Peony tea from David’s Tea, a sweets table complete with peony cupcakes and Parisian macarons courtesy of Le Dolci Cupcakes and Cakes, peony-inspired manicures from LUX-SPA and everyone posed in the Beaus & Belles photo booth to show off their peony arrangements. Guests also had the pleasure of receiving 15% off at Bicyclette Boutique. What better way to celebrate the kick-off to summer, National Pink Day and peony season?
MACARON MAKING: A BAKING WORKSHOP & TEA PARTY EVENT
On Wednesday, May 14th 2014, Pink the Town hosted a Macaron Baking Workshop and Tea Party event at Le Dolci Cupcakes & Cakes in Toronto, in partnership with David’s Tea and bottlegreen. Guests had the pleasure of learning how to bake Parisian macarons and everyone took home a box full of their delicious creations.
VALENTINE’S DIY FLORAL ARRANGING WORKSHOP EVENT
On Tuesday, February 11th 2014, Pink the Town hosted a Valentine’s Day-themed DIY Floral Arranging Workshop in partnership with Blush and Bloom at Bicyclette Boutique. Blush and Bloom walked guests through an informative professional flower arranging workshop. Guests also enjoyed posing with their creations in the Beaus & Belles photo booth!
ALL THAT GLITTERS HOLIDAY EVENT
On Thursday, December 12th 2013, Pink the Town hosted a Holiday-themed “All That Glitters” event designed to help guests glitz up their home, wardrobe and beauty routine for the holidays. Guests enjoyed a sparkly DIY workshop, a holiday fashion show by Rent Frock Repeat, glitzy makeovers by The Beauty Team and glittering nails by Sally Hansen.
CUPCAKES & COUTURE: DIY DESIGNER CUPCAKE DECORATING WORKSHOP
On Thursday, May 9th 2013, Pink the Town hosted “Cupcakes & Couture” – a DIY Designer Cupcake Decorating Workshop at Le Dolci Cupcakes and Cakes in Toronto. Guests learned how to professionally decorate cupcakes at our Couture-inspired cupcake stations.
